Clay is awesome. Good communication, perfect workmanship, exceptional quality. It’s worth every cent to have my two dogs go in/out whenever they please. We installed 2 dog doors upstairs and downstairs. They look great. Now I can keep the door closed and keep the warmth in and flies out in summer. Brilliant job and Clay was so lovely to deal with. There’s a reason Clay from Sydney Pet Doors has so many 5 star reviews. He’s 100% professional from the time you first speak with him til the conclusion of the job. He clearly explained the options and price over the phone. Booked the installation for a couple of days later, sent text messages the day before, and on the morning with when he would arrive. The installation was quick, there was no mess, and we could pay by card via his phone with a receipt sent by text. We can wholeheartedly recommend Clay to you.
