So professional. Clay took my initial call, organised an appointment. On the day Clay turned up on time and showed us a couple of options. The door we chose was then installed in a timely manner. Clay also gave some tips on how to train my two cocker spaniels to use the door. Highly recommend.

When it came to arranging for the installation of the dog doors, though Clay had already booked an overseas holiday with his family, he understood and empathised reasons why the doors needed to be installed on a specific day. He CHANGED his flight to install the 2 tandem dog doors for my 2 whippets. We are beyond grateful.

Sydney Pet doors have been fantastic since our rescue kitten was 3 months old - he’s now 13 years old and going strong…
We’re only on our 3rd cat flap - brilliantly fitted into our floor to ceiling glass sliding doors.
The 1st lasted an incredible 7 years, and Clay has fitted both the 2nd one (which lasted 5 1/2yrs) and just recently the 3rd one.
