Very happy with the service and quality of unit installed. Clay was friendly, professional and did a great job. Would be very happy to recommend these guys.
A great experience with Sydney Pet Doors from start to finish. Communication was prompt, and the information provided helped us choose the right pet door for our dog. They arrived on time for installation, were respectful of our home, and cleaned up and put everything back afterwards. Highly recommend!
We recently used Sydney Pet Doors to install a dog door in our back glass door. Sydney Pet Doors were prompt, friendly, efficient, and knew what they were doing. Definitely recommend!
So professional. Clay took my initial call, organised an appointment. On the day Clay turned up on time and showed us a couple of options. The door we chose was then installed in a timely manner. Clay also gave some tips on how to train my two cocker spaniels to use the door. Highly recommend.
Clay was punctual, efficient and personable. He was also clear and upfront regarding risks, though he completed the job without hiccup nor mess. Would recommend 👍
Clay from Sydney Pet Doors is exceptionally professional, friendly, and punctual. I’m very impressed with his communication, manners, and overall service. I’m happy to recommend him to anyone looking to install a pet door for their beloved pet.
Clay's service was as he promised; very professional, reliable and friendly. Clay ensured that the whole experience, from initial contact to installation, was extremely pleasant and stress free! I will definitely recommend this company and once again, thank you Clay!
Fantastic experience from initial booking to the installation - Clay was knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. Highly recommend for quality installation experience.
I was very impressed with the service and quality of installation. Clay was quick, very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting excellent and reliable service
I had a very positive experience with Sydney Pet Doors and am really happy with the product and installation. The booking process was simple and friendly. And the installation was extremely quick and well done. The doggie door was really good quality and my dog was comfortable with it straight away. I very highly rate Sydney Pet Doors.
Clay was outstanding from start to finish. Excellent communication and professional installation of our dog door. I actually chose him based on the other reviews and he still exceeded my expectations.
Clay is a great provider of cat doors, I have had two installed on separate occasions and he has always been polite, prompt and a wonderful communicator
I would strongly recommend Sydney Pet Doors for the installation of any pet doors. Clay did an awesome installation for a cat door. It was a spaciously difficult job but Clay, unperturbed, went on to install the door which looks great. Clay is a real pro, his work is meticulous and he is very professional. For any pet door - look no further. Helen
Clay was fantastic. Turned up on time (in fact was able to come earlier than booked) and did a great job. Easy company to do business with and great customer service ethic.
From our first contact, Clay was respectful and friendly. He also discussed options and sizes of pet doors for my 2 whippets. No matter what questions I asked, Clay didn't make me feel stupid. When it came to arranging for the installation of the dog doors, though Clay had already booked an overseas holiday with his family, he understood and empathised reasons why the doors needed to be installed on a specific day. He CHANGED his flight to install the 2 tandem dog doors for my 2 whippets. We are beyond grateful. 5 stars just aren't enough for someone like Clay. He deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
Clay was a pleasure to do business with. He was efficient, on time, and diligent, throughout the process of researching; commitment and installation of our Doggie Door.
Would highly recommend him to any prospective purchaser.
Sydney Pet doors have been fantastic since our rescue kitten was 3 months old - he’s now 13 years old and going strong… We’re only on our 3rd cat flap - brilliantly fitted into our floor to ceiling glass sliding doors. The 1st lasted an incredible 7 years, and Clay has fitted both the 2nd one (which lasted 5 1/2yrs) and just recently the 3rd one. The whole process has been super-efficient, fast and friendly. We - and the cat - are delighted. Thank you!
10/10 recommend Clay. This guy came in, connected with my dog, got the doggy door done in no time and then made the extra effort to teach my dog how to use it. Perfection.
Excellent, professional service. Efficient, tidy, cost effective and friendly. This is the second door we have done through Sydney Pet Doors five years apart and we would recommend them to anyone.
Great service: punctuality, effectiveness and he left everything clean. Bimbeta -my cat- will have to learn how to use it, but for sure it will be a good option for her independence and mine (her personal butler) 😉
Clay is awesome. Good communication, perfect workmanship, exceptional quality. It’s worth every cent to have my two dogs go in/out whenever they please. We installed 2 dog doors upstairs and downstairs. They look great. Now I can keep the door closed and keep the warmth in and flies out in summer. Brilliant job and Clay was so lovely to deal with. Highly recommend this company 🥰
Hello Mate ,I have to discuss an important problem, but you didn't give Whatsap on profile,I am Unable to conact.😔,Can you plz come on watsp Via Bio. It's Very Important 🙏
Material quality, workmanship, ease of payment - 5 stars. Attention to details and follow-up/customer service - 3 stars. Overall 4 stars.
I did request for the hole to be on the side and then (within a day) requested for it to be changed to the centre of glass. It was accommodated and confirmed via email and text message. Waited for 3 weeks (promised 2 - 3weeks) and still no response. Upon follow-up, it was found my order got missed. Within a couple of days, the installation happened. Old glass removed and when my order was taken in, the hole was NOT in the centre but to the side. Installer was pointing the mistake at the supplier without taking responsibility on Sydney Pet Doors (note - my dealing is with Sydney Pet Doors and not with the supplier).
I accepted to have it installed as it worked fine with the blinds. On the other hand, if I declined then have to wait for another 3 weeks which would have been very difficult.
I wasn't happy about the fact that due attention was not given to custom order and follow-up. No compensation offered even for courtesy sake.
