Clay is so easy to deal with. From booking, to getting updates and reminders of arrival time really helped as we were moving in on the day of installation. Clay recommended and installed the round hole with square inner door as they were good for weather and bugler resistance. installed on time and the communication from Clay was always excellent and timely. First installer (not clay) accidentally broke the new glass and the existing glass (3000mmX 2100mmx10mm, Clay arranged to have another sheet of glass cut and installed in 2 weeks and secured our premises whilst we waited for the new glass./. Clay personally looked after the installation and everyone was happy … well, not everyone …
After the installation we discovered that our 15 year old dog just couldn’t get through the round plastic door that was inserted in the glass and so we had to revert back to the old square style door, which meant Clay had to cut another piece of glass, all at no cost.
Final door installation is brilliant and my old dog and not so old dog have freedom of access 24/7 that is a huge relief for us all, specially their bladders. Clay was absolutely brilliant … nothing was too much trouble, his c ustomer interactions are excellent and I thoughoughly recommend clay to give uni the best doors and a great price!, they definitely go the extra mile!
They put a doggie door in the lower glass panel - & dogs quickly got the hang of it. Great in this hot weather so they can go in and out as required. Good service, prompt, nice people to deal with
Such a fabulous service. Easy to book, service was able to be done within a week and Clay was here for 45 minutes only. Dog door installed perfectly, no mess and looks great. Was also the best price point on the market out of the various suppliers I researched.

Before we had panel doggy door which took away half the entrance for 4 years. Then we had Clay came and he took the measurements and installed our dog door in our sliding door all within about 2weeks time We have an older sliding door which didn't slide well.
